Self-service order testing
One order-to-delivery test flow, reachable from an API, a portal page and an AI coding assistant through the company's first MCP server. Other teams run it themselves and build their own suites on it.
Disposable test identities
A service that mints test customers on demand, keeps them out of analytics and marketing, and retires them automatically. Design doc to production in one quarter.
Load and contract testing
A shared k6 platform on Kubernetes with gRPC and browser tests, and PactFlow contract testing rolled out team by team with shared Go and Kotlin libraries.
